MAGIC MACA SMOOTHIE: PERFECT FOR SUMMER LIVING

The malty taste of the maca makes this creamy smoothie absolutely delicious. Maca is known as “the fountain of youth” in its native Peru. Maca root powder is rich in a number of nutrients, including vitamin C, copper and iron, it also contains many bioactive plant compounds. I've added some optional collagen powder here for the promotion of cellular renewal and repair.

RECIPE:
Generous handful spinach
½ frozen banana
¾ cup frozen strawberries
½ avocado for extra creaminess
2tsp maca root powder
2tsp hemp seeds
1 scoop collagen powder
1 ½ cups of your favourite nut milk

​Place all of the ingredients into your blender of choice whizz until smooth and enjoy !
